Containing 16 videos and more than 4 hours of content, our complete Chinese Nutrition Series will help you take control of your health. The Introductory class is a 20-minute overview of the major concepts and themes you'll need to understand the application of Chinese Medical Nutrition to each season. The next 5 classes each correlate to a season (in Chinese Medicine there is a fifth season called "Late Summer"). In each seasonal course you'll learn the dominant organ system pair to pay attention to, and its associated tissue structure, meridian pathways, emotions, cognitive patterns, color, flavor and more. You'll learn warning signs to watch out for that might mean you're falling a little out of balance, as well as the ideal ways to eat, dress, rest, and exercise for that season. We end each class by showing you a handful of simple to cook, tasty recipes.
